DET - Lions Rookie WR Johnson Remains Unsigned

With only a week before training camp, No. 2 overall draft pick WR Calvin Johnson remains unsigned by the Detroit Lions. Johnson's agent Bus Cook and Lions Chief Operating Officer Tom Lewand initially spoke Monday. But as is typically the case with early draft picks, they will try and wait until another draft pick in front or behind them is signed. Raiders top pick QB Jarcus Russell's negotiations are reportedly going slowly.
